Ingredients are hand-picked, using the best local sources. We have free-range eggs from our own hens. Meals are prepared freshly using home-cooking. Freshly-baked bread and home-made preserves are served.  A typical breakfast at Abercelyn Country House will include a choice of:


Freshly squeezed orange juice

Prepared fresh fruit

Cereal, porridge or yoghurt


Traditional cooked breakfast consisting of:

  • thickly cut bacon           

  • seasoned sausage           

  • sautéed mushrooms                 

  • grilled seasoned tomatoes                

  • scrambled, poached or fried free-range eggs   


Home-baked bread,  toast, preserves

Tea, coffee or chocolate


Alternative to a traditional cooked breakfast are:
